Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are easy in 3 steps:
- Confirm that the returned product has no stains or modifications, and the tags and trademarks are intact and uncut
- Log in to the member page to confirm your original order number, and contact us to inform us of your order number and reason for return or exchange so that we can assist you.
- Once Miss Karen has received the complete return and verified the merchandise details, the refund will be completed.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
- We offer a return and exchange service. If you need to exchange your item due to factors such as the wrong size or unsatisfactory style, please contact us within the 7-day trial period (including holidays) and handle the relevant matters. Our customer service staff will provide you with the most suitable return and exchange method.
- If any parts fall off or become loose within 4 weeks after receipt, please contact us and we will cover the round-trip shipping costs to assist in repairing the product within the warranty period.
- Returned merchandise must be in pristine packaging with all accessories intact, ensuring it is brand new and resalable (tags and labels intact, uncut, free of stains and alterations). Special packaging such as ziplock bags and paper boxes must also be returned intact. Miss Karen will not process returns if these conditions are not met. Please be mindful to avoid affecting your return rights.
- Members can enjoy a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the day after receiving the product. During the appreciation period, all orders can be returned in full (no items in the original order will be retained).
- 7-day appreciation period calculation: The first day is the day after the receipt, regardless of whether the buyer signs for it in person (administrator/family member, etc.).
- Combination discount products, no separate returns are accepted.
- If your order meets the criteria for a "gift for a purchase above a certain amount", the gift (keep it brand new and unopened) will also be sent back together with the returned item.
- If your order was paid by credit card, we will process the online refund for you directly after receiving and confirming the return. Please pay attention to the current or next bill.
- Due to hygiene reasons, no returns are available for earrings.
- If you encounter a defective/incorrect product, please provide detailed photos of the defect through the "Contact Us" section on our official website within seven days of receiving your package. Please leave your member account/order information/mobile phone number and we will assist you as soon as possible. Returns for defective products will not be accepted after the appreciation period.
- Non-defective: Minute stains, 1-2cm size errors, color differences from photos, new product smell, etc., are all within the acceptable range according to international inspection standards and are not considered defects!
- Reasons for not accepting returns:
- The product accessories are incomplete or the tag has been cut (for special packaging products, please be sure to return all packaging accessories)
- The product has been processed and is not the original Miss Karen product (including the modification of earrings from post to clip earrings)
- Event gifts not returned
- Expiration of the appreciation period
- Special packaging or product accessories are damaged
- Returns for orders that have expired should be mailed along with any remaining orders within the appreciation period or by registered mail. If Miss Karen confirms the item cannot be returned, it will be returned to you cash on delivery. If we are unable to contact you, we will ship it back to the order or membership address within three days. Please note that no refunds or cancellations will be issued.
